3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.
- Payments must be made in full before orders will be processed.
4. Delivery
- We aim to deliver orders within the stated delivery time.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g. carriers).
- If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5. Warranty and Liability
- We offer a warranty in accordance with the legal provisions.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of our products.
- Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- You have 14 days to return your order without giving a reason.
- The products must be unused and in original condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return.
- Custom made products cannot be returned.
